This is a brand new community.  We are in the beginning stages of developing the product as well as the name identity  for this neighborhood.

Brand New Home Plans  for this community are in the design process for this community.  Some are available in the preliminary design stage on the VIP site under the button - Home Type.

This community will feature 151 homes as well as a clubhouse and other desired amenities.
